SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your case, the first thing to do is contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Due to the personalized nature of the product, we are unable to offer a refund and resell the product. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will replace it (exact image and case). In the event that the product has a fault, just contact us or return it to us at your own expense within 15 days of receiving it. Once we verify that the product is faulty we will reproduce and resend your order free of charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

In the unfortunate circumstance that the United States Post Office (USPS) loses, damages or USPS tracking shows delivered but not received for your package, we require the customer to take necessary steps to start a claim with USPS on their behalf. We will then make a decision based on the claim result for your replacement. Claim number/detail must be shared with My Case Genie llc to move forward with a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT MAIL MYCASEGENIE ORIGINAL FILM, PRINTS OR NEGATIVES WITHOUT RETAINING A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. IF YOUR FILM, PRINTS OR NEGATIVES ARE DAMAGED, LOST OR OTHERWISE NOT RETURNED, MYCASEGENIE'S SOLE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE AS SET FORTH IN THE PARAGRAPH IMMEDIATELY ABOVE.
