Personalized Phone Case Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your case, the first thing to do is contact us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Due to the personalized nature of the product, we are unable to offer a refund and resell the product. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will replace it (exact image and case). In the event that the product has a fault, just contact us or return it to us at your own expense within 15 days of receiving it. Once we verify that the product is faulty we will reproduce and resend your order free of charge.
